Form submissions are stored on our system for 6 months before being permanently deleted. We cannot be held liable for any loss of data or loss of earnings as a result. We strongly advise you archive your submissions within the 6 months from when they were created (submitted). You are emailed a copy of the form submission when the user completes your form with their details.
