TEMPLATES

Start from a working form.

Every quote template here is a real, working Quotify form. Open one to see what's inside, then start a new form from it. Prefer a spreadsheet? Most have a downloadable Excel version too.

What is a quote template?

A quote template is a reusable structure for pricing the same kind of job over and over: the questions you always ask, the rates you always charge, and the extras people usually add. Fill it in, and the price works itself out. You stop rebuilding the same sums for every enquiry, and two customers asking for the same work get the same number.

What to put in a quote

  • What the job actually is. The one or two answers that move the price most: room count, floor area, unit quantity, service level.
  • Your rate, and what it covers. Per hour, per square metre, per unit or a fixed price per job type. Say which, so nobody assumes the cheaper reading.
  • The extras, priced separately. Materials, disposal, parking, out-of-hours. Listing them individually is what stops a quote turning into an argument later.
  • What is not included. The single most useful line in any quote, and the one most often left out.
  • How long the price stands. Materials move. Put a date on it.

Use it online, or download the Excel version

Every template on this page is a working online form. Open one, start a form from it, and customers get a real-time price on your own website rather than a promise to get back to them.

If you would rather keep it on your own machine, most templates also come as a spreadsheet pack for £7, with the pricing maths already built in and a branded quote that exports to PDF. It opens in Excel, Google Sheets or Apple Numbers. The download link is on each template's own page.
