ABOUT THIS TEMPLATE
A purpose-built massage therapy quote template that helps independent massage therapists and small clinics quote sessions by treatment, length and location in one place, and stop replying to “how much for a 60-minute deep tissue?” texts every evening.
Massage enquiries cover a wide range: a 30-minute back-and-neck for a busy professional, a 90-minute full-body with hot stones, a pregnancy massage in the client’s home. This template handles them all by walking clients through the treatment and length decisions that drive the price and producing a realistic figure at the end.
Who this template is for
Independent massage therapists, mobile massage businesses, small clinics and sports therapy practices. If you offer multiple treatment types (Swedish, deep tissue, sports, pregnancy, hot stones, aromatherapy) and varying session lengths, this template prices them all in a single form.
What the form asks
Treatment type, session length (30 / 60 / 90 minutes), location (clinic or mobile), client postcode for mobile bookings, add-ons (hot stones, aromatherapy, cupping, scalp), booking type (single, pack, gift voucher). You can extend with any of Quotify’s supported question types: health questionnaire, problem areas, pressure preference.
How to customise it for your business
Plug in your own per-treatment rates, length multipliers and per-mile mobile surcharges. For more on structuring per-session quotes, see how to price your project and should you display prices on your website. Use conditional questions to branch between clinic and mobile flows, then embed it on your website or share a direct link.
COMMON QUESTIONS
-
How should I price massage sessions?
Most therapists price by treatment type × session length, with optional add-ons (hot stones, aromatherapy oils, cupping) and a location multiplier for mobile work. The Quotify massage therapy template combines all three so clients pick their treatment, length and location and see the price instantly, with no need to text back-and-forth about rates.
-
Can I quote in-clinic and mobile bookings from the same form?
Yes. Use a conditional question on location. In-clinic flows show a fixed treatment price; mobile flows ask for postcode and add a travel surcharge by mileage. Clients pick where they want the session, and the price reflects the actual cost of delivering it.
-
How do I handle session packages and gift vouchers?
Add a booking-type question with options for single session, 5-session pack, 10-session pack and gift voucher. Packs come with a per-session discount that's visible in the total, so clients see exactly how much they save. Gift vouchers can be a fixed amount or a specific treatment, both handled in one form.
-
Should add-ons be priced individually?
Yes. Add a multi-select question for add-ons (hot stones, aromatherapy, cupping, deep tissue extension, scalp massage) each with its own price. Clients can build their session and see the total update live, and you avoid the awkward 'oh that's extra' moment at the start of the appointment.
-
Can the form handle pregnancy massage and sports massage with their own questions?
Yes. Use conditional questions on treatment type. Pregnancy massage asks about trimester and any GP clearance; sports massage asks about the activity, problem area and recent training load. The right safety questions appear automatically, and you have the info you need before the session starts.
