Up and running in 60 seconds

1. Add your business details and logo at the top of the Calculator — once.
2. Set your prices in the shaded cells. Nothing is locked.
3. For a job, tick the options that apply (or type a quantity).
4. Set your VAT rate: 20 if registered, 0 if not.
5. Open Your Quote, add a scope of works, and export to PDF.

• What do I actually get?

  A spreadsheet quote kit (.xlsx) with three tabs: a Calculator that does the maths, a branded Your Quote page you export to PDF, and a short how-to. Prices come pre-filled as a starting point; swap them for your own.
• What can I open it with?

  Excel, Google Sheets or Apple Numbers. For Google Sheets, upload the file to your Google Drive and open it there — the formulas stay intact.
• How do I add my logo and business details?

  On the Calculator tab, fill in your name, address, phone and email at the top once. They flow onto the Your Quote page automatically. Add a logo with Insert → Picture, top-left.
• How do I turn it into a PDF to send?

  Fill in the Calculator, open the Your Quote tab, add a short "scope of works", then File → Export (or Print) → PDF. It is already set up to fit a tidy A4 page.
• Does it handle VAT?

  Yes. Set the VAT rate to 20 if you are VAT registered, or leave it at 0 if not. The total updates itself.
• Can I use it for more than one customer?

  Of course — it is yours to keep. Save a copy per customer, or duplicate the Calculator tab for repeat jobs.
• How is this different from the live Quotify form?

  The pricing maths are identical. The difference is who does the work: the spreadsheet is a manual tool you fill in, while the live Quotify form is filled in by your customer, captures their details, and sends you the priced lead automatically. See the comparison above.
• Can I get a refund?

  Because it is an instant digital download, it is non-refundable once downloaded (you agree to that at checkout). But if the file is faulty, will not open, or you were sent the wrong one, email us and we will put it right. Full terms are in our refund policy.
• I didn't get my download email.

  Check your spam folder first. Still nothing? Head to find my downloads, enter the address you bought with, and we will send the links again straight away.
• I lost the file. Can I download it again?

  Yes, and there's no charge — it's yours to keep. Go to find my downloads and enter the email you bought with, and we will email your links again.
