01 How should I price tutoring sessions?
Most tutors price by the hour, with discounts for weekly commitment or block bookings. The Quotify tutoring template lets you set an hourly rate per subject and level, then automatically apply package discounts when parents commit to multiple hours per week.

02 Can I charge different rates for different subjects or exam boards?
Yes. You can define separate rates per subject (Maths, English, Physics, languages) and add multipliers for higher levels like A-Level or university. The form recalculates the total live as parents change their answers.

03 Does the template handle online versus in-person sessions?
Yes. Add a question for session type with two options (online and in-person) and apply a different rate to each. You can also add a travel surcharge for in-home tuition based on postcode or distance.

04 Can parents see the quote before contacting me?
Yes. Quotify shows a live total as parents answer the form. You can choose whether to display the full pricing summary on screen, email it to them once they submit their contact info, or both.
