ABOUT THIS TEMPLATE

A purpose-built bathroom installer quote template that handles full suites, en-suites, cloakroom WCs, wet rooms and walk-in showers from one form. Distinct from the plumber template: that one’s for reactive and small-fixture work; this is for whole-bathroom projects where the ticket size starts at £3,000 and goes up.

Bathroom enquiries are the goldilocks segment for trades: high ticket, high intent, but a real time sink to quote in person because you need to see the room. This template lets prospects self-serve a realistic ballpark from the variables that actually matter (type, size, quality tier, extras) so the in-person visits you do schedule are for jobs worth attending.

Who this template is for

Specialist bathroom installers, multi-trade firms with a bathroom division, and plumbers who do larger install work alongside their reactive bookings. Works for everything from a £1,500 cloakroom refurb to a £15,000 luxury en-suite.

What the form asks

Bathroom type (full suite, en-suite, cloakroom/WC, wet room, walk-in shower), approximate size in m² via the area calculator, suite quality (standard, mid-range, luxury), and extras (underfloor heating, re-plumbing, removal of existing, wall tiling, floor tiling, heated towel rail).

How to customise it for your business

Plug in your own base rates per bathroom type, your per-m² scaling, your quality-tier multipliers and extras pricing. For pairing this with related trade pages, see the tiler template for floor and wall tiling logic. Once it’s tuned, embed it on your website or share a direct link to anyone who asks “can you quote my new bathroom?”

COMMON QUESTIONS

  • How is this different from the plumber template?

The plumber template covers reactive and small-job work: leaks, repairs, boiler servicing, single-fixture installs. The bathroom installer template is built for whole-bathroom projects: suite installs, en-suites, wet rooms and walk-in showers. Different audience, different ticket size, different question set.

  • How should I price bathroom installs?

Most installers price by bathroom type, room size (m²) and suite quality tier, with add-ons for underfloor heating, re-plumbing, removal of existing and tiling. The Quotify template lets you set base rates per bathroom type, scale by m² and apply a quality-tier multiplier (standard / mid-range / luxury).

  • Should the form ask whether they're supplying their own suite?

Yes, most experienced installers offer both. Add an optional 'Suite supply' question (customer supplies / we supply at trade) and either quote materials separately or include them in the base. Customer-supplied installs sometimes attract a small surcharge for the extra logistics involved.

  • How do I handle the tiling that comes with most bathroom installs?

The template includes wall + floor tiling as checkbox add-ons with their own pricing. If you sub-out the tiling, quote it as a single line item; if you do it yourself, the [tiler template](/templates/tiler/) has the per-m² and pattern logic you might want to fold into this form's pricing rules.

  • Do I need a website to use this template?

No. Bathroom enquiries tend to come via trade directories (Checkatrade, MyBuilder), Google reviews and word-of-mouth. You can share the form link in any of those, or use the landing page feature. If you have a site, the form embeds in minutes.
