01 How should I price garden maintenance versus landscaping projects?
Maintenance is usually priced per visit based on garden size and frequency (weekly, fortnightly, monthly); landscaping is priced per project based on area and scope. The Quotify garden template handles both: use a service-type question to route between recurring maintenance pricing and one-off project pricing.

02 Can I offer frequency discounts (weekly cheaper than monthly)?
Yes. Configure a frequency multiplier, for example weekly visits at 0.8× the per-visit rate, fortnightly at 0.9×, monthly at full rate. The form recalculates as the customer changes frequency.

03 How do I handle waste removal and disposal costs?
Add an optional add-on for waste removal with either a flat fee or per-load pricing. For larger jobs, you can include skip hire as an upsell option.

04 Does the form work for one-person rounds and bigger landscaping firms?
Yes. The pricing logic scales. A solo gardener might use simple per-visit rates, while a landscaping firm can layer crew pricing, machinery hire and material costs on top. Both fit in the same template.

05 Do I need a website to use the template?
