Most storage enquiries turn into a phone call about sizes. Letting people pick the unit and see the price themselves filters out the browsers and books the ones who are ready.
Storage enquiries are really two questions: how big, and how long. This template prices unit size and length of stay, then adds insurance, packing and access so the quote reflects the whole move rather than just the box.
Self storage facilities, container storage operators and removals firms offering short and long-term storage.

01 How much does self storage cost per week?
Rates depend on size. A locker is around £12 a week, a small 25 sq ft unit around £20, a medium 75 sq ft unit around £38, and a large 150 sq ft unit around £65. Containers and larger units run from £95.
-
02 What size storage unit do I need?
As a rough guide, a locker suits boxes and documents, 25 sq ft holds the contents of a small room, 75 sq ft a one-bedroom flat, and 150 sq ft a two or three-bedroom house.
-
03 Is insurance included?
Not usually. Contents insurance is normally a separate line, along with packing materials, van hire for the move-in and 24-hour access, all of which are tick-box extras on this template.
-
04 Can customers book a move-in date?
Yes, the form includes a move-in date picker, so you know whether the enquiry is for next week or next month before you reply.
-
05 Is there a downloadable self storage quote template?
Yes. As well as the free online version, you can buy the self storage quote pack as a spreadsheet for £7. It opens in Excel, Google Sheets or Apple Numbers, with the pricing maths already built in and a branded quote you can export to PDF. Buy once and it's yours to keep.
