How should I price a DJ set?
Most DJs price by event type and number of hours, with surcharges for late finishes, travel and extra equipment. The Quotify DJ template lets you set a base rate per event type, charge per additional hour, and add per-item pricing for lighting, microphones and photo booths.

Can I price different event types (weddings, corporate, parties) in one form?
Yes. Add a question for event type and route the price logic per option, for example a higher base rate for weddings to reflect the longer planning time, or a corporate-only minimum-spend rule.

How do I handle travel costs and venue surcharges?
Add a travel question (postcode or mileage) and apply a per-mile rate. For venues with parking, sound limit or access surcharges, add an optional 'venue notes' question and quote those manually after seeing the brief.

Can the form take a deposit?
Quotify focuses on producing the quote and capturing the lead. Once the brief is in, you can confirm the booking and take a deposit through your own payment tool. Most DJs use Stripe links or invoicing.

Do I need a website to use the template?
