01 How should I price salon services?
Most salons price by service × hair length × stylist level. A cut-and-blow-dry with a junior stylist on short hair is one price; the same service with a senior stylist on long, thick hair is another. The Quotify hair and beauty template builds the price from those three multipliers so clients see what a service actually costs for their hair, not a starting-from figure that doubles at the chair.

02 Can I quote multi-service appointments in one form?
Yes. The template uses a multi-select question so clients can pick a combination (cut + colour + treatment) and the form totals everything into a single appointment quote. They can also see which combinations are popular bundles (e.g. cut + glaze) if you want to flag them.

03 How do I handle colour services where the price depends on the work?
Add a colour-type question (root touch-up, full head, balayage, full bleach + tone) with hair-length multipliers. For complex colour work, add a 'colour consultation required' option that quotes the consultation only, for in-person assessment of cost. Most senior colourists prefer to assess before committing to a price on bleach work, and this respects that.

04 Should beauty services (brows, lashes, facials) be in the same form?
Yes. Use a conditional question on appointment type: hair flows show cut and colour questions; beauty flows show treatment options (brows, lashes, facials, massage). The form structure supports both, and clients booking a combined appointment can pick hair + beauty services in one go.

05 How do I price by stylist level without being awkward about it?
Use neutral, friendly labels (Stylist / Senior Stylist / Master Stylist / Creative Director) each with their own pricing tier. Clients self-select, and the price difference reflects the booking value. The form makes it transparent rather than something they discover at the till.
