Bridal enquiries take a long time to qualify the old way: occasion, date, location, party size, trial preference, add-ons: that's six DMs before you've even named a price. This template asks all of them up front in a structured form, so by the time you reply you're talking to someone with a real ballpark and a real intent to book.
A purpose-built mobile makeup artist quote template that handles bridal-day pricing, special events and commercial shoots from one form. Built around the variables that actually move the price (occasion, party size, trial, add-ons and travel) so brides can see a real number before they slide into your DMs at 11pm.
Mobile bridal makeup artists, event makeup specialists, and freelance MUAs who do photoshoot and commercial work alongside weddings. Works for everything from a £150 special-event makeup to a £1,500 bridal-party-of-eight with trials and travel.

01 How should I price bridal and event makeup?
Most mobile makeup artists price by occasion (bridal carries a premium for the longer day + responsibility), with per-face pricing for additional members of the wedding party, optional trial sessions, and travel surcharges by mileage. The Quotify template handles all of this in one form: set your bridal base, your per-face rate, and your per-mile travel.
-
02 Should I always offer a trial as standard?
For weddings, yes. Most brides expect one and it's the single biggest predictor that you'll book a less stressful day. The template includes a 'Trial session' radio with 'Bridal trial (recommended)' as the prominent option, so brides see the value of opting in before they tick the box.
-
03 How do I price travel without scaring people off?
Use the 'Travel from base' slider with a per-mile rate. Most artists set a free radius (e.g. first 10 miles free, then £X per mile after). The template's slider goes 0–100 miles which covers most realistic UK weddings. For destination work, route it to a manual quote instead.
-
04 Can I add lash applications and other add-ons cleanly?
Yes. The template includes a checkbox for individual lashes, strip lashes, airbrush finish, touch-up service through the ceremony and hair styling. Each one adds to the total live, so brides can see how their dream day adds up, and you sell more upgrades when the pricing is transparent.
-
05 Do I need a website to use this template?
No. Mobile makeup artists win most of their bookings via Instagram, wedding directories (Hitched, Bridebook) and word-of-mouth. Share the form link in your bio, your DMs or via email. If you have a website, embedding the form on your bridal page is a minute's work.

06 Is there a downloadable mobile makeup artist quote template?
Yes. As well as the free online version, you can buy the mobile makeup artist quote pack as a spreadsheet for £7. It opens in Excel, Google Sheets or Apple Numbers, with the pricing maths already built in and a branded quote you can export to PDF. Buy once and it's yours to keep.
