We’ve just rolled out a new feature in Quotify that gives you more control over how your quotes are presented to clients.
Until now, every Quotify form generated a detailed cost breakdown. That’s great when you want transparency, but sometimes simplicity wins and all your client really needs to see is the bottom line.
With this release, you now have the choice:
✅ Total Price Only: show a clean, single figure at the end of the quote. Perfect for when you want to avoid information overload or when the details are only for internal use.
✅ Detailed Quote Breakdown: keep the existing behaviour and give your client a full view of how the total is calculated, line by line.
Why this matters
Different businesses sell in different ways. Some industries thrive on transparency, others prefer to keep pricing straightforward. This update means Quotify adapts to your style of selling, not the other way around.
- For B2C services, a total price keeps things simple.
- For B2B or trade work, a breakdown can help build trust.
- You can now pick whichever approach fits your brand and customer expectations.
How it works
Inside your Quotify form settings, you’ll now see a toggle for the Quote Summary with the options:
- Full Breakdown
- Just Total Price
Pick your preference, publish your form, and you’re done.
Please note: for now the email still outputs a full quote summary, bear with us while we update our email template engine.
